Moringa, a nutrient-packed superfood, plant-based protein, is made from naturally dried moringa leaves. It is considered a good source of iron, calcium, vitamin C, vitamin B6, and riboflavin and has a notable amount of potassium, vitamin E and magnesium. Moringa is more concentrated in vitamin C than oranges.
SUGGESTED USE: Mix moringa powder in smoothies, milk, yogurt or steep tea. Use it as a spice to season salads, curries, and vegetables. Recommended usage is 1 teaspoon (approx. 5g) a day.
