Spice Tea is a blend of spices infused with ginger, cardamom, anise, cinnamon & clove. Cinnamon, naturally sweet and contains huge amounts of fiber, iron, calcium and many other minerals. Clove, adds a spicy taste to this tea and helps to soothe the stomach. Star anise, gives a pleasant aroma to the tea. Directions:
Steep a tea bag in a cup of hot boiling water, and leave it for 3-5 minutes. Can be sweetened with honey or sugar.
