Directions of usage:
- Apply topically.
- Add a few drops to an air diffuser, to disinfect the air and help ease sinus, cough, and cold.
- Add a few drops to hot water and inhale the steam to help clear cold and ease breathing due to its antiviral and antifungal effects.
