1. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 5 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

1.3 Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original item and receiving the exchanged item, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged item).
1.4 Exchange Availability
All exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may select an alternative item from our existing stock, or we will issue an online coupon equivalent to the value of the returned item for future use.
2. No Returns for Change of Mind
2.1 We do not accept returns if a customer changes their mind or does not like the product. Customers are advised to carefully review product details before placing an order.
3. Damaged or Compromised Quality
3.1 If you receive a damaged, defective, or compromised-quality product, please contact our customer service team immediately. Upon verification, an online coupon equivalent to the product value will be issued for future purchases.
4. Clearance Sale Products – Exchange & Expiry Policy
4.1 Products purchased under the Clearance Sale category are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
4.2 Clearance items are offered at special discounted prices; therefore, no exchanges, returns, or refunds will be entertained.
4.3 Products under this category may have a short expiry date. This does not make the product unsafe, ineffective, or harmful to use.
4.4 By placing an order under the Clearance Sale category, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms as mentioned in the product disclaimer.
4.5 Customers are advised to review product details carefully before completing their purchase.
5. Orders Placed Before Sales Campaigns
5.1 Orders placed before the start of any promotional or sales campaign will not be eligible for discounted sale prices. This policy ensures fair pricing for customers purchasing outside sale periods.
6. Delivery Considerations
6.1 While we partner with reliable courier companies, unforeseen circumstances may result in additional delivery charges or undelivered packages.
6.2 We cannot be held fully responsible for delays, extra charges, or service interruptions caused by courier companies; however, we will provide reasonable support where possible.
